Subject; Saul the destroyer of the Church;

               (He became Paul the defender of Christ; and His church)

 

Saul in his righteous anger set out to destroy the new religion of the Jewish Messiah; and His church on earth.

He believe he was right, and righteous in his quest, he did not know that the God of Israel had come to earth in human flesh;

And that His name was Jesus and that He had died on the cross.

He believe this Jewish Messiah; and His follower, were false, and this was not the true God and true way.

It was not until Jesus met him on the Damascus road, in light so bright,and gave him new sight because the light blinded him,and later he became a disciple of Jesus.
